Sprinkle the peppers, tomatoes and onions with the Gin Mule Cocktail rub and place them on the direct grill.
After grilling them, we blend them. We serve everything together with bruschetta bread, apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
As a garnish, we grilled the prawns and spiced them with the Mojito Cocktail rub.
Now everything is ready: gazpacho with Gin Mule and prawns with Mojito, without alcohol!
